1. Order Processing Timeline
All successfully paid orders will enter warehouse sorting and packaging within 1–3 working days. Saturdays, Sundays and national public holidays are excluded from working days and will not be counted toward processing time. Pre-order goods will display independent production and dispatch schedules on each corresponding product page.
2. Estimated Delivery Time By Region
Standard international shipping duration (calculated after warehouse dispatch):
- Continental United States: 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom, Canada, Australia: 8–17 business days
- All European Union member nations: 10–21 business days
All delivery times are estimated reference values. Delays may arise from customs inspection congestion, local courier backlogs or severe natural weather events, which fall outside our controllable scope.
3. Shipping Cost Calculation & Free Shipping Rules
Delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on package weight, overall dimensions and receiving territory. Free shipping privileges only apply to orders that meet the clear minimum spending threshold marked on homepage banners and product pages. No undisclosed delivery surcharges will be charged post-purchase.
4. Customs Duties & Import Tax Statement
All import duties, customs clearance fees and local sales taxes generated upon package arrival at the destination country are solely borne by the buyer. We will truthfully declare commodity value and product category following international logistics regulations and cannot cover any customs-related charges for buyers.
5. Parcel Tracking Service Instructions
Once goods depart our warehouse, a unique tracking number and real-time logistics query link will be sent to your registered email inbox. You can track delivery progress anytime via the provided link. If tracking information shows no updates for more than 7 consecutive days, submit a service ticket to our support team for logistics investigation.
6. Undeliverable & Refused Parcels Processing
Parcels returned to our warehouse due to recipient refusal, expired pickup period or invalid delivery address will generate return logistics fees fully covered by the buyer. If you request secondary re-delivery after the package is returned, all new shipping expenses shall be paid by you. If you choose full merchandise refund after goods are returned, the original outbound delivery fees will not be reimbursed.
7. Shipping Restricted Territories
We do not deliver goods to PO boxes, military restricted zones, internationally sanctioned regions and territories limited by cross-border trade agreements. Logistics carriers may suspend delivery to high-risk addresses, and we reserve the right to cancel such shipments unilaterally.
