1. Agreement Confirmation

By accessing our online store, browsing product listings and completing checkout, you fully acknowledge and accept all binding terms laid out in this document, alongside our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Our brand reserves the right to revise these terms at any time without individual customer notification; updated versions will be permanently published on our dedicated legal page. Continued website usage after revisions constitutes your full acceptance of updated rules.

2. Purchaser Eligibility Requirement

Only users who have reached the legal age of majority within their residential territory are permitted to place orders. All personal details submitted at checkout, including full name, delivery address, contact email and payment credentials, must be factual and verifiable. We retain full authority to reject or automatically cancel any order submitted with fake, incomplete or invalid buyer information.

3. Merchandise, Pricing & Promotion Rules

  1. All product photographs, dimension data, material descriptions and functional introductions are drafted to match physical goods accurately. Minor color variations caused by monitor display differences shall not be categorized as defective merchandise.
  2. All final checkout prices only cover item value. Delivery charges, cross-border import duties and local consumption taxes are calculated separately and fully displayed before payment confirmation. No hidden service fees will be added after order payment is completed.
  3. Limited-time discounts, bundle packages and clearance offers are only valid within the marked activity window. We hold the right to correct obvious price typographical errors and are not obligated to fulfill orders generated under incorrect pricing labels.

4. Secure Payment Specification

Our store only supports official encrypted third-party payment gateways displayed on the checkout page. Our customer service team will never reach out to buyers to request offline bank transfers, cash payments or private peer-to-peer remittance. All transaction records are permanently stored for consumer dispute verification.

5. Restricted User Behaviors

All site visitors and registered buyers are prohibited from conducting the following activities:
  • Placing malicious bulk test orders, fraudulent transactions or multiple fake orders to disrupt normal warehouse operations;
  • Copying, screenshotting, editing or commercially reusing our original product images, copywriting and page design without written authorization;
  • Deploying crawlers, automated bots or script tools to scrape website data or interfere with order processing;
  • Posting slanderous, misleading, fabricated or copyright-infringing reviews under product pages.

6. Merchant Order Cancellation Authority

We may cancel orders and issue full refunds to the original payment channel under the following circumstances:
  • Products permanently out of stock and unable to be restocked within the stated dispatch timeline;
  • Recipient delivery address incomplete, undeliverable or with no response after multiple follow-ups;
  • Payment flagged as high-risk or fraudulent by payment service providers;
  • Any violation of the rules defined within this Terms of Service by the purchaser.

    All refunds will be fully processed within 5–9 business days after order cancellation confirmation.

7. Liability Scope Limitation

Our total compensation liability for any single order shall never exceed the full amount paid by the buyer for that transaction. We shall not take responsibility for indirect losses such as lost wages, travel expenses or business revenue losses resulting from delivery delays, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws enforce additional compensation obligations.

8. Dispute Handling & Applicable Laws

All shopping-related disputes shall first be resolved through communication with our official customer support team. If friendly negotiation cannot reach an agreement, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the consumer protection laws applicable to the order’s delivery destination country.
